Dedicated to the memory of Pat Yeomans
This site is a tribute to Patricia Yeomans, who was born on November 15, 1949. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers a donation is made to the MS Society, which was a charity very dear to Pat's heart, as her sister suffered from the disease for many years before she died.
